RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will be delighted with your jones+jones purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), exchange or store credit on receipt*.  

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ITEM PURCHASED IN SALE IS NON REFUNDABLE.

If we receive a returned garment outside of the 14 day period or not in its original condition (i.e unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and labels attached) we reserve the right to return the item to you without it being refunded.

Once the returned goods have arrived with us in their original condition with the jones+jones tag intact, and complete with all their original packaging including a completed Returns Form, we will refund the original credit or debit card used for the purchase, ship the exchange or apply store credit to your account. We will try to process all returns as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 working days. The time taken for the refund to be credited to your account will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.

If you need to return an item please follow these 3 simple steps:

1. Request a return and receive a return number. To request to return a garment, simply log into your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the “My Account” menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Fill out all details requested and once completed, you will need to log out of your account and log back in to receive the return number.

2. You must then complete your Returns Form and include this with your return**. A Returns Form will be included with your shipping note. Please see the example for guidance on how to fill out the form below:

Post your return and your Return Form in the original packaging to jones + jones London ltd, Fred Perry House, Unit 1B, 186 Bridport Road, N18 1SJ. The cost and care of returning the item(s) is your responsibility, therefore we strongly recommend that you send the parcel by recorded delivery and keep a copy of the recorded delivery tracking number just in case your parcel goes missing. jones+jones is not responsible for items lost by the delivery services in the returns process. You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. For international returns, please ensure you indicate the parcel is a return item with no commercial value.

Please note: In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services quoting your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost.

*When returning goods, you MUST include the Returns Form within the parcel with the returned goods. Without the completed and accurate Returns Form we may be unable to process your return.

Delivery

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Delivery Charges

We do not process/ship items on the weekend so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday
