What do you love about the dress?
With military being so big this AW, this dress just encapsulates everything I love about this season and it will also transition well into the Christmas period. The colour is just beautiful; a real light khaki with an almost metallic-y sheen. I love anything with a scoop back as it lets me show off my tattoo, so, that was just a bonus for me! Last of all, the amount of work that has gone into the skirting on the dress to give it that full and prom type feel is amazing, it also seals this dress as a party must have!
What is your top styling tip for the AW season?
‘ Glamming’ up your AW outfits! Military looks work so well with sequins or studs so swapping your lace up boots for a pair of killer gold sequin heels to go with your favourite black jeans, cream chiffon tank top and oversized khaki military jacket will take your outfit from day to night in just a change of shoes!
What got you into blogging and what do you love about it?
I first got into blogging to broaden my knowledge on fashion and share experiences with people who are as passionate about every aspect of the fashion industry as I am. Not only that, I use my blog as a way of showing and promoting my retail, University and modelling work with prospective clients and employers. Now, 8 months in, I just love the people that pass through my blog leaving lovely comments and sending me inspiring tweets! I know I may have started my blogging journey just for me, but, I post just as much for my followers now too!
Street style at London Fashion Week!..
Here at jones + jones HQ we were very excited to spot that the ever-so-stylish Abigail had been featured on Complexd Woman’s LFW street style page wearing the jones + jones Candice Skirt in metallic gold!
Abigail looked fabulous and totally on trend in the colours of the season with her jones + jones skirt which she teamed with an amazing vintage jacket and bag and some ASOS wedges! Abigail’s style is reminiscent of Dolce & Gabbana’s S/S12 show which featured heavily embellished pieces including sequins, pearls and beads in a colour pallet of metallic golds and blacks. We think she looks amazing!

London Fashion Week Street Style!..x
Yesterday our in house photographer popped along to day 4 of London Fashion Week at Somerset House and took some amazing street style snaps of some of London’s trendiest and best-dressed women! London Fashion Week has always celebrated quirky and eccentric British style and yesterday was no different, the fashion pack were dressed to impress!
Full skirts were big news and we spotted a number of glamorous women wearing the trend! From cute girly prints to loud patterns and vintage skirts, full skirts are most definitely in this season!
